Soothing warmth for body and soul

The Finnish sauna is not just really hot - it activates important body-functions like the blood circulation or the blood pressure.
In the infrared chamber you can preserve your skin. The temperatures are not as high as in the sauna - you'll get warm from the inside.
The Bio-sauna offers heat up to 60 or 70 °C and a humidity of up to 40 percent.

A lot of light and physical affection

Tanned skin not only makes you attractive - a visit to the solarium also has a preventive effect - sunlight stimulates the hormone system and the immune system.
If you did sports and are exhausted - go and ask for a massage. Your muscles will thank you for it and you can go out there again the next day.
