Below you will find information on the most frequently asked questions

  • The room reservation is fixed after deposit.
  • Your room will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
  • On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate your room until 10:30 a.m.
  • In the evening the half board is served in time from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    Our young guests can choose from various menu for children
  • The breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
  • The à la carte restaurant is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Pets are welcome, except in the restaurant and the spa area.
  • Robes for the sauna are available at the hotel reception - free of charge.
  • Please understand that adolescents are only welcome in the sauna area if they are at least 16 years old.
  • Child discount: 0-3 years 100%, 4-7 years 75%, 8-11 years 50%, from 12 years onwards 20%
  • Free wifi throughout the hotel - also for restaurant guests.
  • E- quick charging station with up to DC 180 kW

We accept cash, debit card, MasterCard and Visa.
You are welcome to pay your room bill in advance by bank transfer

 

Cancellation conditions:
up to 15 days before arrival: free, 14 days to 8 days before arrival: 70%, 7 days or less before arrival, non-arrival or premature depature: 90%

 

Cancellation cover:
Sometimes things turn out differently and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off.
We want to spare you the associated costs and anger.
Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from “Europäische Reiseversicherung” (including Covid coverage free of charge).

Additionally in winter:

  • Ski rental is available at the hotel - you can rent your equipment without any stress.
  • Ski passes can be purchased right at the hotel reception.
  • Afternoon skier's snack from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the restaurant.
