We always take care around the welfare of our guests and try your vacation so uncomplicated as possible to gestallten, nevertheless, some things are important to us:

Check-In, Check-Out:
- During the day of the journey the rooms are ready for occupation from 14.00 o'clock.
- You should arrive later than 18.00 o'clock, inform us please early.
- During the day of the departure we ask you politely the rooms till 10.00 o'clock to give a holiday!
If you liked to be able to undertake during the departure day something else you can put your luggage with pleasure at the hotel. There is also the possibility to have a shower before you depart, and we make still available towels to you with pleasure.

With premature departure or late journey we must charge for the amount of the achievements booked by you(less not consumed partial achievements like catering).

Reservation:
To guarantee your reservation we request of a deposit, the height is announced to you with the reservation. The deposit is possible by Visa or Mastercard, credit card number, credit card owner and expiry date by e-mail, fax or phone announce or you perform the deposit by bank credit transfer. You can pay the remaining invoice amount directly at the hotel.

Cancelation:
The prejoy on your vacation can be interrupted by an unexpected event. They cannot start your trip and must cancel your stay.

To 3 months before travel beginning you can carry out with us your cancellations free of charge. On passing by this appointment we must settle to you in case of a refusal cancelation costs.
- to 1 month before the arrival appointment 40% of the booked achievement
- till 1 week before the arrival appointment 70% of the booked achievement
- last week before arrival 90% of the booked achievement

Internet:
All rooms of the category A dispose of a free Internet connection in the room. Two free Internet-PC's are ready in the lobby for guests of the category B of rooms.

Non-smoker:
Our restaurant and conservatory are non-smoker areas. To the smoking we ask you in the Stüberl. All our rooms are non-smoker rooms, to the smoking please go on the balcony. Ashtrays are ready.

Domestic animals:
Against advance notification domestic animals are welcome. We ask for understanding that domestic animals have no admission in the restaurant area as well as in the sauna area. For a domestic animal are settled per day € 4, - (without feed).
